LONDON, UK — August 27, 2026 — A British technology startup is launching a new approach to business discovery that asks a simple question: if businesses compete for the best physical locations, why shouldn’t they compete for the best digital locations too?
Bloobrik has launched a network of visual digital walls where businesses can secure individual Briks — defined industry positions within a town, region, or national market.
Rather than appearing as an endless list of sometimes irrelevant search results, businesses are displayed together on a visual wall. Consumers can explore the businesses, compare their offers and click directly through to their websites, booking systems or other digital channels.
The company believes the model could become increasingly relevant as consumers move from traditional search engines towards AI assistants and generative search.
“Businesses have always understood the value of location,” said Rob Jebb, Founder of Bloobrik. “A shop on the high street, a restaurant in a prime position or an office in the right building can be worth considerably more because of where it is. We believe that concept can now exist in a structured digital environment.”
Businesses can secure Briks on local, regional and national Bloobrik Walls, with limited positions creating scarcity within each wall. Bloobrik is also introducing dynamic pricing, meaning later positions can become more expensive as demand increases.
But the company’s ambition extends beyond business directories.
Bloobrik is developing dedicated walls for sports clubs, charities, festivals, concerts, exhibitions, crowdfunding campaigns and local communities, allowing organisations with existing audiences to create interactive digital communities.
A football club, for example, could create a supporter wall where participating businesses offer exclusive discounts to fans while the club receives an agreed share of revenue.
An exhibition with hundreds of businesses could create a digital wall where visitors discover exhibitors, offers and stand information before, during and after the event.
Bloobrik is also developing an affiliate programme allowing creators, influencers and industry organisations to earn commission by introducing businesses to the platform.
“Our strategy is not simply to buy an audience through advertising,” said Jebb. “We want businesses and organisations that already have audiences to bring those audiences onto Bloobrik. The true power of the network is that every new audience amplifies the value of every single Brik, proving that we are exponentially stronger together.”
The UK launch will initially focus on establishing the platform across towns, regions and national business categories, before expansion into international markets.
